Yes, it is on the rails! This slightly odd view shows Bagnall 0-4-2T Gelert in the siding next to the main line. The loco has just coaled up at the end of the day, and has run a little further along the headshunt. Being a lightly laid siding, it doesn't get the same strenuous weedkilling treatment as the main line.
