Dosbarthiadau Aelodaeth / Membership Categories
- Aelodau llawn/full members
- These members are entitled to vote at company general meetings in person or by proxy. They must be at least 18 years old. They receive a copy of the journal.
- Aelodau eilradd/associate members
- This category is for adult relatives of members living in the same household. They have no voting rights and do not receive their own copy of the journal.
- Aelodau ifanc/junior members
- This is the only category for those under 18. There is no liability (see terms and conditions). They receive a journal if there is no other member in their household.
Amodau a thelerau / Terms and conditions
As a member of the WELSH HIGHLAND RAILWAY Ltd you will be entitled to attend the Company's general meetings, to receive the Company's Journal* and to travel free on the railway subject to the availability of seats. In the event of the Company being wound up whilst you are a member, you may be called upon to contribute a sum not exceeding one pound towards the costs and expenses of such a procedure, in accordance with clause 5 of the memorandum of Association of the Company**. By joining you agree to be bound by the Rules and Health & Safety Regulations of the Company and to do whatever you are able during the course of your membership to further the aims and objectives of the Company and to help it prosper.
