The 'bypass' is an access road for the farmer at Farmyard Farm, being built alongside the Railway. The pegging out is largely complete and work has started at the (southern) far end. Over the wall, the site of the Traeth Mawr temporary terminus has been surveyed and fenced. The small mountain on the horizon is Moel-y-Gest, a mass that separates Porthmadog town from the beaches at Borth-y-Gest and beyond. Mark Holden | |
